REFUNDS & CANCELLATIONS

  •  7 Days notice = 100% refund

  • 7 Days - 48 hours prior to session start time = 50% refund or free reschedule

  • 48 hours - 24 hours prior to session start time = Reschedule with 50% booking fee or No refund

  • 24 hours prior to session start time = No refund or reschedule

 If the Client ( or any third parties with the client) doesn't show up within 1 Hour for their booking unless informed to the Studio, The Entire Booking will be cancelled & the client will not receive any refund or reschedule under any circumstances and are non-transferable.

WHAT YOU CAN BRING TO THE STUDIO

  • Any sand, clay, paint or soil brought into the studio should be discussed beforehand with the Studio Manager. If you bring any of the above without warning us you will be either asked to leave and or charged dependant on the mess.

  • We have a strict no alcohol rule in our studios due to many pieces of furniture being broken because of this. This a work environment and not a place to hang out. Kindly, Please respect the rules or you could face being evicted from the studio with no refund.

TERMINATION

Tiny Room Studios ltd reserves the right to terminate any hire contract if the client (or any third parties employed by them) are in breach of any of the Terms and Conditions.

OVERTIME

The client & their team with any third party must arrive and leave within the session time booked. Please  allow reasonable time for set up and packing away of equipment, setting up and packing away is considered as part of your session time. Overtime will be charged at 1.5 x the hourly fee of the studio.

SAFETY 

  • SMOKING IS STRICTLY RESTRICTED INSIDE THE STUDIO. IF FOUND OUT, BOOKING WILL BE TERMINATED ON THE SPOT.

  • No fire or smoke ( including Smoke/Haze machine)  is permitted on the premises in studio. 

  • Children brought along under age of 18  on set must be supervised by a Parent, or responsible adult all the time during the booking session.

  • Security cameras and recording devices in the studio.

  • Cameras are inside the studio.(Not Covering the Changing Area)

ANIMALS/PETS

Pets are allowed in the studio but MUST be agreed beforehand and have consent in written by Tiny Room Studios. We charge a £30 cleaning fee if you’d like to bring an animal to the studio.

CLEANING / DAMAGES / BREAKAGES

Cleaning fee is included in the booking fee. Therefore all guests are kindly requested to leave the space in the same condition as they found it.

  • All guests are kindly requested to tidy up the space after the session within their booking time.

  • If the studio is left extremely unclean then a cleaning fee from £40 upwards (depending on the mess) will be automatically charged from your credit/debit card.

  • Any damages incurred by the guest to the equipments / furniture or anything provided by Tiny Room Studios Ltd shall be paid by the client. Tiny Room Studios is not responsible for damages, breakage, losses or theft.

  • Client must notify to Studio Manager at the time of supply if the equipment condition is not right.

NOTE: WE CHARGE £10 PER FOOTPRINT/MARK ON THE WALL/SOFA.

 

MOVING/FURNITURE/MISCELLANEOUS

​

Please notify us in advance if you need to move anything within the space. No screws, nails, or any penetrating items should be used on the walls. Tapes, Gumming, etc used on the floor should be taken off before the end of the session. Damages to wall, floors, etc will be billed on the booking person. Smoking is not allowed in the space.
